Why is my tracking code not moving?
We process many orders daily, and we ship them using USPS. Once USPS receives the packages at their commercial dock and scans them, the tracking number will start showing regular updates for you. It generally takes 1-2 business days for them to update the status on their website, but it is a busy hub so it sometimes takes longer than this. Please rest assured that your order left our facility the same day we tell you it did, and it is no longer in our hands.
