What is your Price Match policy?
We respect the Pro Shopper in you. If you find a pair of eyeglasses frames or sunglasses on another website for a lower price, we will match that price. It can be of any brand available on our website.
If you are in the process of buying, please provide us with the information laid out in the Terms and Conditions by showing us a screenshot of your final shopping cart page before checkout. We will then be able to verify your pricematch and give you a coupon code or store credit toward your order for the difference.
Unfortunately, we cannot perform this after you place your order, as there is no way to validate the price at the time you placed your original order with us.
Terms and Conditions:
- The product/order must be "like for like" - the same model, size, and color. It must also have the same RX lenses with the same materials if you are ordering prescription/custom lenses, as well as any shipping costs taken into account. A screenshot of your final cart before checking out should have all of this on it.
- The product must be in stock with the website.
- It must be sold by an authorized dealer from the USA or Canada (Amazon, eBay, and other auction/classified sites are not considered authorized dealers).
- We retain the right to decline the request if, for any reason, we feel that the other website doesn't look authentic or if the price offered is below our cost.
