What if my frames don't fit?
Please contact us if you aren’t completely happy with your frames. We want you to get glasses that feel comfortable and whose look you enjoy.
It's entirely possible that the frames are the right size, but just need adjusting. Please try this first with the help of an optician.
If you received the frames you ordered but you just don’t like the size of them, you may return the glasses for a refund or store credit so you may order a new pair of glasses. Please consult our
return policy for more details, as there may be some adjustments to your refund depending on your situation.
