What does my order status mean?

Once you see the status of your order, you may be uncertain of what it means. This table of our most common statuses should help:
Status
Meaning
Pending/Processing
Your order has been received and is waiting to be processed by our staff. It should only be in this status for 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
Operation - Procured Frame Restock
Your order has been processed, and if we needed to order in the frames you wanted it may stay in this status for up to a week.
Operation - Procured Frame - Express
Your order was for QuickShip frames only and your order has been forwarded to our fulfillment partner. You should receive it in another 2-3 business days.
Operation - Received Frame
Your order was for frames only and we have them ready to ship at our facility. You should receive a shipping confirmation in 2-3 business days with your tracking code.
Job Trayed - RX & Lens Validation
We are waiting to order your lenses. This is usually because there was an issue with your prescription as entered and we tried to contact you via phone or email. Please check your email to see if you have any correspondence from us.
Job Trayed - Waiting for Frame & Lenses
We have procured your frames and lenses, but they have yet to arrive at our lab facility.
Job Trayed - Received Frame Awaiting Lens
We have your frame, but your lenses have not arrived yet.
Job Trayed - Received Lens Awaiting Frame
We have your lenses, but your frame has not arrived yet.
Job Trayed - Queued in Lab
We have everything we need to complete your glasses, and our technicians will be assembling them in the next business day or two.
Job Trayed - Cut and Mounted
Your glasses are completed and you should receive a shipping confirmation email in 3-4 business days when USPS or Canada Post scans them in.
Processing - Change Request/Internal Review
There was an issue procuring your frames as ordered. Please check your email to see what the issue is so we can address it and move forward with your order.
Complete
Your order has been scanned by the service that will deliver it. You should have received an email with your tracking number.
