How do I check on my order?
1) Log into your account on glassespros.com using the email you used to place your order.
2) If you forgot your password, you can create a new one by clicking on the link. If you do not get a password reset email, chances are that you made an order without creating an account. You can follow the instructions at the appropriate link to create an account with the same email you used to create your order.
3) Once you're inside your account, click on the My Orders link on the left hand side.
4) Once there, you can see the orders you've placed so far, along with their current statuses. If you have any questions about what the status means, you can find it at this article:
