What is your shipping policy?

Prescription Eyewear:
If you ordered frames and added any lenses of any type (single vision, multifocal, sunglasses, non-prescription) your glasses will require custom crafted and cut lenses to fit the frames you ordered. This entire process, from your order to your door, can take up to 10-15 business days, according to the following fulfillment timeline:

  • 2 Business Days: Processing, Confirmation & Verification
  • 3-5 Business Days: Warehouse Procurement & Quality Control
  • 2-3 Business Days: Cutting Lenses & Quality Control
  • 3-5 Business Days: Shipping Time (with tracking information)

Non-customized eyewear:
Since we are primarily a lab focused on shipping complete glasses with lenses, fulfilling non-prescription orders is an additional courtesy we provide. When you order eyeglass frames this way, they will come with the manufacturer's logo etched into the lenses. Sunglasses, however, come ready-to-wear. Because we are a small business and not a big corporation, we cannot provide big corporation turnaround times. It can take us 8-12 business days to get your frames to your door from the time you order them.

QUICKSHIP:
Please note that our QUICKSHIP guarantee applies to non-customized frames only, which are specifically marked with the QUICKSHIP label. These frames will be delivered to your door in 5 business days or less, not including weekends or holidays. If you require prescription lenses, please expect additional processing and shipping time beyond our QUICKSHIP promise. In the event that you need a replacement frame quickly, our QUICKSHIP option is available to ensure your frame arrives in a timely manner.

Please note: Due to high volumes and busy carriers, tracking information and delivery time updates may be delayed.

Orders once shipped can not be canceled and refunded before they are delivered. If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped, please wait for your order to be delivered and start the return process within 5 business days of receiving the package.

PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times will vary depending upon availability of the product and the type of product ordered. Typically, specialty prescription lenses can take 4 to 10 business days.


SHIPPING RATES
Our standard shipping is free for all orders throughout USA. The expedited shipping option is not available at the moment. Most of the packages take around 3-5 business days to be delivered after being shipped out and can be tracked on the USPS or Canada Post websites.


DELIVERY TIMES AND ADDRESSES
Please know that shipments need to be received during regular business hours and that these federal services will only deliver to addresses that allow for safe delivery. This means that if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, or an address the courier deems is undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply. Also, it may take up to 30 days for us to re-ship the package once that has been returned to the sender.


FREIGHT FORWARDING
We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or services. All packages shipped outside of Canada and the USA may incur extra duty charges to the customer. We can not be held responsible for any delays, sales taxes, customs, duties or other taxes charged by the customs department. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by unforeseen custom delays.
