Do you do direct billing for insurance purposes?
Unfortunately, we do not directly bill to insurance companies at the moment.
However, many insurance providers accept an itemized invoice for the purpose of reimbursement. We strongly suggest you contact your insurance provider to see if this will work for you as not all insurance providers are the same.
