Can I get non-prescription glasses?

Most definitely!

You can order frames by selecting the frames you want and choosing 'Buy Now'. This will add just the frames to your cart and nothing else. In this case, however, the lenses placed into frames for sale by the manufacturer almost always have an etched logo on at least one lens.

When you have selected the frames that you want please select 'Add Lens'. In Step 1, choose the 'Prescription' option. Then you will want to put your Sphere (SPH) as 0.00, also known as Plano, for each eye. Now you can work your way through the lens options, and select from any additional coatings that interest you, like Blue Blockers.
